The staff at Esencia Hotel Boutique were incredibly friendly and pleasant. the location of the hotel was lovely, close to the ocean, Museo Fonck, restaurants, and supermarket. - I stayed for 6 nights and would definitely book here again on my next visit to Chile.

the staff was super-friendly, the accommodation was exquisite and fairly clean. the room was very nice, very clean bed. magnificent and lovely location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. you could walk to a bakery and a supermarket. the restaurant was fabulous and food was fabulous. our stay was very relaxing and we would love to come back here some time.

The room I stayed in had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, the staff was super friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect.

The room was super cozy with a comfy bed and fresh flowers from the balcony. the garden was beautiful, making it feel like a little paradise. As a family, it was so nice to have a peaceful space to unwind after a day of exploring!
